Study on Complex Sandwich Plate Used for Shelter under the Sunlight Environment

This paper focused on the mechanics capability of Complex sandwich plate used for shelter by finite element method and stress-strain test.The results prove that under the high temperature(96±8℃),the stress on the complex sandwich plate shows peak value on the foam,approximately 110MPa,and trough on the framework.The stress is independent of the size of the foam.The key answer of the bulging on the shelter is that the appropriate adhesive' intension must exceed 3.82MPa.
