FOSTERING THE SUCCESS-INTENTION OF JUNIOR SCHOOL STUDENTS

In this study,positive attribution-training,efficient appraise,encouragement and proper competition were used to foster the success-intention of junior school students.After one semester's three stages of success-intention fostering,the results showed:the success-intention improvement of the experimental group was better than the control group,and the grades improvement of the experimental group was better than the control group,too.We also found significant positive-correlation between their success-intention level and mark,so it indicated that positive attribution-training,efficient appraise,encouragement and proper competition are the efficient approaches of success-intention fostering.
