RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL ADAPTABILITY,LEARNING BURNOUT AND LEARNING STRATEGIES OF COLLEGE STUDENTS

A survey using a set of scales were conducted to further understand the relationship between professional adaptability,learning burnout and learning strategies.802 college students participated in this investigation.The results show that:the overall level of professional adaptability,learning burnout and learning strategies of college students is favorable,but some college students do meet difficult situations,such as lack of learning strategies,professional malajustment and learning burnout.The results suggest that good professional adaptability promotes the application of learning strategies,whereas the development of learning burnout decreases the learning strategies,and partly mediates the adaptability and the strategies.
