Study on Ag/SnO_2 Nanocrystalline Powder for Electric Contact Material

The nanocrystalline powder of Ti4+ doped with SnO2 was prepared by the sol-gel method, and its electric conductivity and wet a-bility with silver were improved by doping and chemical platting. The results show that the uniformity, contact resistance and machinability of the Ag/SnO2 electric contact material were improved by using this technology.
