Juristic Analysis toward the US Government's Resistance to the Kyoto Protocol --From View of International Environmentional Law

Based on the fundamental principles of International Environmental Law,which say:Principle of Common and Separate Responsibilities,Precautionary Principle and Polluters Pay Principle,this essay attempted to focus its argument on the juristic analysis and gave some criticisms against the three grounds of pleading on which the US Government had cited to justify its recent refusal in passing The Kyoto Protocal.
