Initial Research in Germanium(Ge) Content of Vegetables

Ou Yangjian (Basic Science and Technology College,Southwest Agricultural University,Chongqing 630716)  
This paper reported that Ge content of 18 kinds of vegetable was average in 1.03±0.49 mg/kg(DW) and varianced with speaes and some affected by soils.Ge content of vegetable corresponded to 40% of that in Ginseng.The Ge accumulation coefficient of vegetable were range in 0.0540~1.12.No relationship was between Ge and other twelve elements in vegetables.
