The Algorithm for Dynamical Frequency Based on Software of Power System

Zhang Yi-hui (Chongqing University of Science and Technology, Chongqing 400050)  
This paper analyzes the deviation carefully making use of the power system frequency transient model and developes a frequency measurement algorithm based on Fourier Filter .The numeral simulative result shows that this algorithm can improve the measurement precision.
