Technical Discussion on CO_2 EOR of Low Permeability Reservoir

LI Xing-tao GUO Xiao WANG Wan-bin(State Key Laboratory of Oil and Gas Reservoir Geology and Exploitation,Southwest Petroleum University,Chengdu 610500)  
Low permeability reservoir has the characteristics of low porosity,low permeability,low natural output,and injecting and producing nothing.According to developing difficulties of almost low permeability oil field,with a bulk of CO2 gas sources are discovered,injecting CO2 to displace oil in low permeability oil reservoir becomes a kind of EOR(enhanced oil recovery) method.The paper discusses the oil displacement mechanism and adaptability of injecting CO2 EOR technology.
