Fast Identification Method for Gas and Water Layer in Sulige Gas Field

Compared static logging interpretation with the gas production results,the findings showed that the AC acoustic-self potential,the ratio curve of shallow resistivity to deep resistivity self-potential,deep lateral resistivity log-AC acoustic curve overlapping area,and the curve of the equivalent elasticity modulus can amplify the difference between water and gas layer,which is beneficial to identify gas and water layers rapidly and intuitively.Some new wells were done second interpretation by this method,the result basically agrees well with the dynamic results.
