'Silent Volution' differs in the Traditional Public Communication and Internet Transmission

Silent volution' is a theory of forceful effect about traditional public communication. Combining CMC with FTF achievements, it claims that the internet can still lead by the crowds, so the necessary condition for silent volution exists in the net space. The article analyses the differences it displays in the two environments: public communication with internet transmission.
