高级人力资本市场的逆向选择及其治理

A phenomenon of converse choice appears in China's advanced human capital market.If we let it be and give no management,it will baffle the development of China's science and education seriously.This article analyzed the connotation,forms and causes of the phenomenon,and raised some countermeasures of management,in the aim of enhancing the efficiency of the allocation of higher education and research resources.
