Analysis of medical quality control in general hospitals and the corresponding strategies

Medical quality is the foundation of a hospital's survival and development. How to enforce medical quality control in hospitals is an important issue to hospital administrators under the new situation. To ensure medical quality, it is essential for a hospital to change from scale expansion to inner construction, from sheer increase in number of patients to quality improvement of services, from laying stress on financial profit to increasing the core competence, from extensive operation to intensive management.
