Infection detection and drug resistance analysis of 238 cases mycoplasma isolated from genitourinary tract

Objective To understand the situation of genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection and drug resistance,give proper suggestion of antibiotics choosing to clinicians.Methods 238 cases of patients with genitourinary tract infection underwent mycoplasma cultivation,appraisal,counting and antibiotics sensitivity test.Results 105 of 238 patients were captured mycoplasma,the infection rate was 44.12%.The infection rates in female patients were significantly higher than those in male patients.The drug resistance of Mh was higher than Uu.Conclusion Genitourinary tract mycoplasma cultivation and drug susceptibility testing is helpful for clinical medicine,using of antibiotics should accord to antimicrobial susceptibility test.
