Research progress of Bacillus cereus foodborne diseases

Bacillus cereus is a member of genus Bacillus,and is closely associated with human because it can cause foodborne diseases.This article overviews the pathogenic characteristics and pathogenicity oi Bacillus cereus,and the epidemiological characteristics oi Bacillus cereus foodbome diseases,so as to put forward suggestions on scientific measures to prevent and control food contamination with Bacillus cereus and to protect public health.
