Study on Mulberry Tea by Nutrtion and Pharmacology

The nutrition components and medicine value of mulberry tea were studied.The test showed that there were a mass of coarse protein,coarse fat,coarse fabrie and soluble carbornhydrate in mulberry tea.The were abundant medicine components in mulberrytea,thereinto,flavinoids related with reducing blood pressure,steroid as achyranthes and beta sitostreol could reduce blood sugar and cure diabetes.In mulberry tea,there were compound like hydroxybenzene which could resist tumour;there were ecdysone which could eliminat cholesterol and reduce blood fat;and there were plant estrogen which could resist senescence;there were juvenile hormone analogues which had diuresis function.
