Analysis of Partheno-genetic Algorithm's Encoding Methods

Several encoding methods of partheno genetic algorithm (PGA) are given out and it is pointed out that uniform combinatorial optimum problem can use different encoding methods by different gene number of the same order and those encoding methods distinctly differ in the size of string space. It is of benefit to raising searching efficiency to select an encoding method of the smallest string space.
