Dynamic voltage collapse index with wind speed considering

Based on the quarter wind speed model and the simplified wind power transmission line model,the dynamic voltage collapse index is deduced with the slip ratio of 3-order doubly-fed induction wind turbines and the random power of wind turbines injecting into power systems considered in this paper.The degree of power system close to voltage collapse is calculated with the magnitude between the local measuring index value and the critical value.After SVC connecting,the wind power system index value and the voltage stability can increase.At last,a distribution network system with a single wind generator is simulated using the Simulink model of MATLAB.The wind speed,slip ratio and dynamic voltage collapse index are calculated.Simulation results show that the index is with validity and practicability.
