Theory and prospect of performance evaluation criterion design for new interconnected power grid operation and control

The performance evaluation criterion designment theory for new interconnected power grid operation and control is investigated in this paper.It is revealed that there are many frequency adjustment control information contained in the physical time series,such as regional control deviation and frequency deviation etc.Matematical methods such as Fourier decomposition can be used to process the information,the time-domain components in diverse fluctuation cycles are obtained.By analysing the correlation between area control error and frequency deviation at different frequencies,the control performance for each frequency-adjust method can be evaluated,then precise control and assessment can be achieved.Accordingly,a new generation performance evaluation criterion of new interconnected power grid operation and control is designed.
