Study of Action Mechanism of Soft Soil Roadbed Earth Grid Stiffening

Through applying ANSYS finite element analysis software,the article carries out the numerical simulation of the action mechanism of the soft soil roadbed earth grid stiffening,and studies the influence of the earth grid stiffening on the distribution of the stress field and displacement field of soft soil subgrade.From the analysis of the calculation result,it can be known that the stiffening at the bed of embankment of earth grid has the obvious action on restraining the horizontal displacement of the shallow subgrade soil so as to make the maximum horizontal displacement point move into the depth of the subgrade and to make the horizontal displacement at embankment foot greatly decrease,at the same time,have some balance action for the vertical settlement,especially the movement of the maximum horizontal displacement point of ground surface before and after stiffened,which has some reference for the filling construction monitor of the roadbed.
