On-Line Realization Of Main Steam Pipe Residual Life Prediction Based On COM Technology

In order to effectively monitor reliability and security of steam pipe network on real-time in a thermal plant, a new architecture based on COM technology was used to develop residual life prediction analysis module, which embedded in DCS of boiler. The residual life prediction model of steam pipe and design of module were discussed in details. The practical operation indicated the system was reusable, reliable and modular. It successfully predicted main steam pipes and evaluated their practical remaining server life.
