The rail transit and urban spatial structure is co-related. The rail transit as a modern, fast, mass transit system plays an important role in the evolution of urban spatial structure. With the rapid development of Tianjin, the urban structure is increasingly changed. The Tianjin rail transit system plan based on the urban spatial development strategy is to build an integrated rail network which includes two-level rail system to guide the urban spatial evolution.
