Extra High Speed Data Acquisition Technology Developments

MA Hai-chao (No. 92941 PLA, Liaoning Province, Huludao 125001, China)  
The current extra high speed data acquisition technology developments are summarized. Several leading extra high speed data acquisition boards in market are given. Main products of extra high speed flash ADC chips are presented. The static and dynamic characteristics of an extra high speed ADC chip are described.
