Realization of 3D Reconstruction Based on ICT Slicing Images with OpenGL

3D reconstruction based on ICT slicing images is one of important ways to realize reverse engineering. In this paper, a method of surface 3D reconstruction based on Delaunay triangulation is presented, and 3D reconstruction with ICT images is realized by using OpenGL and VC~~6.0. Finally, the simulation and the experiment results are given.
