Networked Non-Destructive Testing System Based on Data Mining Technique

It is introduced that the Data Mining technique is used to abstract the useful information from the enormous databases, and the Pattern Recognition Technique and the Neural Network Technique is applied to establish the self-adaptive model of NDT on the basis of the abstracted information. It is also introduced that the principle of the Alternating Current Field Measurement (ACFM) technique, supported by the uniform rotating magnetic fields generated by a pair of wide tangential exciting coils, is used for sizing and positing the flaws in the magnetic materials. It is discussed that the model of networked non-destructive testing system is supported by the internet technique. At last, it expounds the recent situation at the prospect of the networked instrument system, and the trends of the networked instrument system.
