Analysis of Influence Factors on Output Moment of Electrical Lord Simulator

For the problem of harmonic distortion of electric load simulator,through the structural analysis and experimental analysis,we pointed out that friction dead zone and gear backlash are the main factors which influence the output moment of the electrical lord simulator,and established a mathematical model of the load simulator including friction dead-zone and gear backlash and proved the correctness of the model by the comparison of simulation curve and experimental curve.Then by simulation analysis,we got the mechanism of harmonic distortion caused by friction dead-zone and gear backlash,and got each of their harmonic characteristics.Finally,a means to inhibit harmonic distortion was provided.
