Research and Application of Flavonoids in Mulberry

Mulberry flavonoids belong to the class of possess various of pharmacological proprties.The paper reviewed research progress of mulberry flavonoids on extraction,isolation and purification,chemical constitute,molecular construction,pharmacology,as well as its application future,and it is concluded that flavonoids in mulberry is a very potential resources for medicine.
