Research and application of the same dimension gray recurrence technique for surface settlement prediction in tunnel

PENG Li-min,LEI Ming-feng,SHI Cheng-hua,WU Zu-biao(School of Civil and Architectural Engineering,Central South University,Changsha 410075,China)  
Based on the technique of the same dimension gray recurrence,the GM(1,1) model was established,which is used to simulate and predict the slope settlement of the tunnel outlet,so that the slope stability could be analyzed.The results indicate that not only the latest system response information is fully used,but also the gray-level of the prediction system is decreased.The precision of model prediction is improved with considerable reliability.It has more practical value than the traditional grey model.
