Exploration on the staff's mentality in the transfonnation process of the China Telecom

China Telecom has undergone three transformations,and each inevitably brings shock to the staff's mentality.The mentality in each stage appears different characteristics.So,to grasp and make a good use of the characteristics has an important bearing on the smoothness or success of transformation.
