Aaalysis of the influence of rail transit on the distribution layout of real est ate prices ——A case studay of Beijing light rall line NO.13

The construction of rail transit has great im pa ct on real estate along the line , in order to analyze the extent and the degree of it , the distribution character of the real estate price along the Beijing L ight Rail Line No.13 was studied.It showed that the influences of the light rail station on housing price and land price were different in the city central dist ricts and the suburb area : In the city central districts , light rail had littl e impact on the housing price , and the degree and the distance of the influence was bigger in the suburb area ; The distance that the light rail had impact on the land price was about 1 km . So the spatial layout of the housing prices woul d change under the impact of the revised planning of the Beijing urban rail tran sit routes was raised .
