Study on the Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Platycladus orientalis Leaves by Enzymatic Hydrolysis

To optimize the extraction technique of total flavonoids from Platycladus orientalis leaves by enzymatic hydrolysis.The main influential factors were studied and the optimum extraction technology was obtained by orthogonal test guided by total flavonoids yield.Results: The results revealed that the factors influencing the extracting process was in the order of hydrolysis timeenzyme dosagehydrolysis temperaturepH value,and the optimum extracting technology was as follows: solid-liquid ratio was 1∶14,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature was 45℃,enzyme dosage was 0.3%,pH value was 3.5,treatment time was 2.0h.The total flavonoids yield was as high as 1.026%.The optimum extraction technique is simple to conduct and has good repeatability.
