Optimization of Extracting Technique of Polysaccharide from Fructus Corni with Compound Enzymes

Based on the results of one-factor-at-a-time-technique method,a three-level Box-Behnken factorial design was employed combining with response surface methodology(RSM)to optimize the extraction conditions for the yield of Fructus Corni polysaccharide with compound enzymes.The optimal extract conditions are as follows:2.0% cellulase,2.0 % pectic enzyme and 1.5% neutral protease,enzymolysis temperature 50℃,treatment 69 min at pH3.8.The extraction rate of Fructus Corni polysaccharide is 5.54 % under these conditions.
