CT Appearances of Peripheral Pulmonary Cancer Compared with Pathology

Objective To study the relationship between CT fingings of peripheral lung cancer and pathology. Methods CT and Pathology data of 52 patients with Peripheral lung cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results sentus sign, pleural indentation sign, bronchi and vessel cluster sign, and mediastinal lymph node metastasis are significant different in different type peripheral lung cancer. With progressing maligant degree, of the tumor, the incidence rate increased. Conclusion According to the CT appearances of peripheral lung cancer, we can make a preliminary judgement for the pathology type.
