Grey Theory Analysis on Relation Between Vibration and Machining Quality of Rolling Bearings

XIA Xin-tao,ZHANG Lin(College of Mechatronics Engineering,Henan University of Science and Technology,Luoyang 471003,China)  
The relationship between the vibration and machining quality of rolling bearing is analyzed with general relation degree.The results show that parameters of macroscopic dimension error exert greater effect on the vibration of rolling bearings than that of macroscopic shape parameters error and microscopic surface topography parameters which are of high quality level,while parameters of macroscopic dimension errors and its tolerance are to be the main factors.
