Effects of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae, Glomus versiforme) on the growth of wild jujube (Zizyphus spinosus Hu) seedlings were investigated under pot cultural condition. The results showed that vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were able to increase the growth, plant height, leaf area, fresh weight, dry weight, transpiration content and transpiration rate of wild jujube (Zizyphus spinosus Hu) seedlings in sterilized soil. The effects of both VAMF on the growth and transpiration had no definitely difference.
