Study on the molecular weight distribution of Agaricus blazei murrill fruit body polysaccharide

Agaricus blazei murrill fruit body polysaccharide was separated and purified by microfiltration(MF) unit and different molecular weight cut-off ultrofiltrationr(UF) unit in series processes.The technology is not only simple and feasible but also easy to operate.The polysaccharide is separated into four components(300kDa,300 kDa-80 kDa,80 kDa-10 kDa,and 10 kDa) according to their molecular weight,whose mass distribution is 5 to 1 to 3 to 1.The purity of polysaccharide product produced under low temperature is above 70%,and the total recovery is about 75.60%.
