Seismic damage model of concrete-filled rectangular tubular column

In order to establish two-parameter earthquake damage model of concrete-filled rectangular tubular(CFRT) member,seven CFRT columns' cumulative dissipated hysteretic energy through pseudo static test was utilized.Moreover,two-parameter earthquake damage model based on CFRT column has been set up by regression analysis.The investigation shows that the energy weighted coefficient of CFRT column's damage model should be 0.042 which is bigger than that of concrete-filled circle tubular(CFCT) column,therefore,the damage proportion due to accumulative dissipated hysteretic energy of CFRT column is more than that of CFCT one.For CFRT structure the model is significant for seismic design and earthquake damage prediction.
