Research on the process of extraction pectin from orange peel using the cellulase

The research aims to investigate the best conditions for extracting pectin from orange peel.Taking orange peel as material,pectin was extracted from it using the cellulase.Results show that the maximum extracting rate of pectin could be obtained under the following conditions: the concentration of cellulose solution is 0.5%,the stirring time is 45 minutes,the temperature is 45 ℃,pH value is 5.6.The extracting rate of pectin is 36.56%.
