Study on the extraction technology of flavonoids in Chrysanthemum morifoliu 'HebeiXiangju'

In this paper,the method of flavonoids extraction from Chrysanthemum morifoliu 'HebeiXiangju'was studied.Soxhlet method and ultrasonic extraction method were used to extract flavonoids,and high performance liquid chromatographic methods were used to test the content in this study.The order of the factors which affected the extraction rate was showed as following: ethanol concentration extraction temperature extraction time solid-liquid ratio.The extraction rate was the highest at the condition of ethanol concentration 90%,ultrasonic temperature 65 ℃,ultrasonic time 45 minutes,solid-liquid ratio ratio 1∶80.
