Design and Optimization of Sheet Part Material Parameters on Numerical Simulation

Sheet part material parameters play very important roles in part draw forming. Different metal material parameters will affect the forming result. In this paper,all draw forming process of the rail part with the different material parameters was simulated by ETA / Dynaform software. Then,with the orthogonal experiment,optimize material parameters were obtained by comparing the simulation result and influence of forming result by all kinds of the material parameters.
