Application of Digital Image Processing Technology in Cartridge Appearance Detection

Aiming at problems such as packed labor,large labor intensity and high ratio of error detection in cartridge case surface detection of 14. 5 /12. 7 mm caliber bullets,we used intelligent recognition system to complement numerical and automated production line. The focus was to solve the difficulties of syncretization between online detection and machine automation. The technology is an important innovation in bullet appearance detection,which lays a foundation for fully automation of bullet production.
