Consideration on the Weight Coefficients of Assessment System for Eco-Residential Area

Weight coefficients are very important for the assessment system of eco residential area. The paper analyzes the significant effect of weight coefficient by comparing the different weight system in different assessment methods: LEED,BREEAM and GBC. "The Technical Specification for Tianjin Eco residential Area Construction" is used as an example to describe how to deal with the problem of weight when establishing the assessment system for eco residential area in China.
