ZHAO Rong-Guang's Theory of Foodology

HE Hong(Zhejiang Tourism Development Research Center,Hangzhou 311231,China)  
Based on ZHAO Rong-guang's books,this paper analyzes three stages of his foodology theory: history of food,food culture and foodology.The changing of concepts is just for the convenience of expression,but the essence of his theory keeps recurrent and developing.He is not only an theoretican,but also an doer who trys to change the old idea of the public.
