Effects of salt stress on four Sedum species

Effects of salt stress on four Sedum species were tested based on treated the seedlings of Sedum species with NaCl concentration of 0,50,100,200 and 400 mmol/L solution respectively.The results showed that fresh weight,root activity and relative electrolyte conductivity of four Sedum species ascended while the water potential descend under salt stress.The salt-tolerance of Sedum was as Sedum aizoon or German RhodiolaFen Sedum spectabile BorcauH.
