Studies on genetic polymorphism using micros-atellite markers in three goat breeds

Zhang Yingjie,Zhao Youzhang,et al (College of Animal Science and Technology, Gansu Agricultural university,Lanzhou,730000,China)
Gene frequency, polymorphism information contents, number of effective alleles and heterozygosity were analysed in Bore goat,Taihang goat and Hebei dairy goat using four microsatellite markers. The results indicated that there are genetic polymorphisms at four microsatellite markers in three goat breeds.Four microsatellite markers can be used for genetic polymorphism evaluation in goat breeds;the variation at microsatellite OarFCB11 is the highest, and microsatellite MCM38 is the lowest. In three goat breed, the variability of Taihang goat is the highest, and Bore goat is the lowest.
