Research on Performance Simulation of Electro-hydraulic Controlling Valve Train for Diesel Engine

For the valve system of diesel engine,the medium pressure common rail electronic-controlled variable valve system was designed.According to the working principle of electronic-controlled variable valve,the simulation model of electro-hydraulic controlling valve train was built by using HYDSIM software.The dynamic characteristic of electronic-controlled variable valve was researched with the model.In addition,the influences of piston diameter,high pressure common rail pressure and flow passage area of high pressure solenoid valve on valve lift and valve response were analyzed,the key parameters of variable valve parts were determined,and finally the more satisfying simulation results of dynamic characteristic for valve movement were acquired.
