Experimental Research on Diesel Engine Full Condition Heat Balance Bench Test

Through the diesel full condition heat balance bench test,the distribution relationship of fuel release heat and the thermodynamic and resistance parameters of cooling system in each operation condition were determined,which provided the foundation for the improvement and intelligent control of cooling system.The laws of useful work,heat absorbed by cooling water and heat absorbed by exhaust gas under full loads and partial loads of 2 200 r/min were analyzed,which pointed out the direction of diesel effective efficiency.
