THE PREPARATION OF TiO_2 UFP BY USING COLLID CHEMICAL METHOD

TiO_2 ultrafine particles were prepared from Ti(SO_4)_2 by using collidal chemicalmethod.The most favorable experiment conditions for the preparation of TiO_2 UFP have beenresearched.The spherical amorphous ultrafine TiO_2 product has average diametcrs of 6.0nm,with good dispersity and transparency in many organic solvents.When the product is heated at550℃ for 2h,a-Anatase crystal TiO_2 UFP can be obtained,the average grain size is 8.5nm.Rutile crystal TiO_2 UFP can be obtained when the product is heated at700℃ for 2h,the aver-age grain size is 33.2nm.
