Development of Dominant Fungi in Fuzhan Tea During the Growing Process

Yangfulin,Denfangming,Zhaolinyan,Xiayanshi Hunan Agricultural University, changsha 410128  
In this paper, the characteristics, living conditions, toxicity and nutrition of dominant fungi——Eurotium cristatum during the fungus process are introduced. The study of changing of main ingredient during the fungus process is also summarized.
