Relationship Between Protective Enzymes and the Ability of Cold Resistance of Tea Plant

The activities and isoenzymgrames of protective enzymes in the overwintermature leaves of six clones,pretreated with different durations and degreesin low temoerature,were teated during the winter.Results showed thatclones of strong cold risistance had strong activity SOD(superoxide dismutase)and CAT(catalase),and more isoenzymgram bands of SOD and POX(pero-xidase).Results also showed that the isoenzymes of the strong clod resistantclone had strong actovities in total and the activities decreased at much lowertemperature.
