Effects of Tea Polyphenols on Serum lipid and Carry lipoprotein level and Antioxidation in Animal

LIU Bo jing [WT6BX](Feed Science Institute of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310029 )[WT5”HZ]  
Blood lipid,blood viscosity,coagulation time,platelet agglutination rate,lipid hyperoxide and carry lipoprotein level were determined using Transansio automatic biochemical analyzer,automatic rinse spin rheometer and Chrono log 400 platelet agglutinating meter respectively The treatment of 200mg kg -1 d -1 tea polyhenlos could decrease TC,TG,LDL C,apoB 100 and LPO(p0 01) in blood significantly,while HDL C and blood SOD were increased(p0 01) The function of apoA 1,blood visciosity,PtA and HCT were decreased(p0 05) CgT was prolonged. The results implicated that tea polyphenols could adjust blood lipid and possessed the antioxidative activity to lipid,So showed the clinical value
